If you could use an incognito/private browser window for now and:

There is no SSL VHOST for downloads.myriadrf.org and since the main website upgrade has enforced a strict policy, it means that if you have visited this your browser now requires all sub-domains to be on HTTPS, hence the error when it connects and the cert on that IP does not match the URL requested.
