Do I have a bad LimeSDR?

Hi All,

I just installed my new LimeSDR USB type A. I followed the installation instructions for Windows 10 installing the drivers via Pothos installation. I downloaded and installed the usb driver. I updated to the latest firmware. The unit is plugged directly into the usb3 port of my computer.

LimeSuiteGui: 10.04.0-PothosSDR-2019.06.09-vc14-x64

Ok now that the background info is done…

  1. LimeUtil --info is supposed to show stream support (output below)

  2. LimeQuickTest just returns without any output

  3. The selftest from LimeSuiteGui returns output very different from the documentation (screenshot side by side with the instructions output. (file attached)

Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks in advance!

so to exchange this I just ship it back to Crowd Supply? According to the site no RMA is needed. How long does it usually take?
