Avoid TX during calibration

Hi @SAV,

Sadly for LimeSDR USB v1.4 you cannot avoid transmission during calibration. For LimeSDR-Mini it is already being done automatically.

With any SDR being used with a power amplifier there should probably be some sequencing and PA control anyway, so as to ensure that any leakage does not make it through.
