Does any one know of an amp that covers the same span as the LimeSdr does?
Iv had my eye on the TriQuint TGA2237 for some time now …
When ran at 50V Vd it has a gain of 22db with a max output of 10W.
Now i realise that thats not enough gain but cascaded it would be …
Its rated from 100Mhz to 3.6Ghz …
Does any one know of a amp/IC with better spec’s? – or slightly less specs for a fair amount less money ?
