I have tested using the self-test tool, the board test failed:

Does this happen every time? Is it possible to try with a USB 3.0 port?

Yes, this happened everytime and i tried with USB 3.0 port.

i sent the LimeSDR already for repair, all i have is the log (see above) that was created using the self-test tool
