only XTRX gateware versions <1.13 were limited to 32bit addressing.
I’ve updated limepcie driver, it will allow to control the device and update gateware, even if DMA is not working, now step 2.3 should not be necessary. limepcie: Allow to enumerate devices without DMA channels · myriadrf/LimeSuiteNG@79831e7 · GitHub
