Next Gen LimeSDR

You’ll need Pothos or GnuRadio to be working I think to at least prototype it.
That’s the place to start.
Then look at some of the LoRa stuff and others examples from early when the campaign was running, some provide diagrams of the blocks used and the settings. These will get you moving if you are new to the whole thing.
After that it gets a little more like work as you need to pick up some DSP programming skills as you get trickier with the various requirements or in a lot of peoples cases here to move PC code onto the FPGA where possible.
Go for it! Let us all know how you are making out as you do it, I bet you’ll get many useful tips from various people here on how to do it faster or possibly in some novel way you never thought of.

i have pothos gui working but not gnuradio companion

how can i change the instal path the grc is looking for python?? … it works ok with pothos gui, cubic sdr, gqrx sdr, lime suite … but not grc … grmbl
first … have ALL software running (path settings etc.)
then i have to dig into the software packages and underdsand how to
build the needed blocks, connect them together … and fire up that software in the lime …
but before i do some further tests … FIRST OF ALL ADD AN ALUMINIUM CASE AND THE CONNECTORS
i do not wanna break the lime … so a strurdy case is a must have
