# LimeSDR USB return TransferPacket: Read failed (ret=0)

Hello all,

The LimeSDR USB is showing TransfertPacket errors during LimeQuickTest.  
I using ubuntu 18.04, 20.04 and windows 10 operating system.  
I update the LimeSDB USB board with latest firmawre with the command line : LimeUtil --update  
I didn’t have any errors and firmawre as bee updated, I put the log at the end of the message.  
The board is correctly detected on USB with ubuntu 22.04 and 18.04.  
The LimeQuickTest return lots of errors during TransfertPacket, but I don’t know what it means.  
I tested with LimeSuiteGUI version 23.11.0-11, I can connect the LimeSDR-USB device, read TEMP and Reset, but loading self\_test.ini file failed with error “Failed to load file” and ERROR: TransferPacket: Read failed (ret=0), then the board is frozen. I need to disconnect and reconnect USB to recover it.

Could you help me please to fix this issue ?
