I’m contacting you through Mouser customer service advise. I have received a dead LimeSDR mini v2.4. I want the board to be replaced. I did nothing wrong or particular other than plug in a usb 3.0 port and notice that the board is not powering on and obviously not detected by the laptops or server I used.

I have tried direct plugin into 2 different Linux machines and a Windows machine.

I have tried multiple USB 3.0 cables, and as I said Direct plugin in every USB port I have.

I have another Limesdr board so I’m familiar with it, all my computers have appropriate drivers (USB) and Limesdr suite. As I said my other Limesdr board works, with LED power on and flashing LED immediately after plugging in the USB port.
