I think this is more than a little unfair. There is quite a lot of documentation on the wiki and you appear to have been receiving support here:

As the author of SDR Console noted, he doesn’t check these forums that often and for issues concerning a particular application, its mailing list or forum is nearly always going to be the best place to get support. Getting back to your issue, if you’d like to engage constructively we can work to get you up and running.
