osmo-trx -f -l INFO -a ‘soapy=0,driver=lime’ -e This is only 2g I need 3g base station connection how I can use limesdr mini for 3G connection ?

The only open source stack I am aware of is OpenBTS-UMTS. There was some discussion of this here:
