You should ignore this. Uncheck “Show this dialog the next time” and click “Continue”. Normally, I only see similar warning/errors when running “Debug” version of LimeSuiteGUI.
There seem to be multiple versions of fxload around. The one I was using is a part of the libusb repository.

I just want to add that after I did ‘firmware to flash’, I also did LimeUtil -update to automatically download rbf file to fpga.
